The Juniors Programme
he juniors programme is designed for 7-12 year olds, with the emphasis on enjoyment, learning life skills through our Black Belt excellence Programme as well as self-defence and Martial Arts skills.

The Adults programme is designed for 13+ year olds and focuses on Tae kwon do and kickboxing.
But at Ossett Martial Arts we’ve added a lot extra, so it’s not just traditional Tae Kwon Do or Kickboxing but also elements of advanced self defence, grappling, Filipino style Escrima,Sparring and Boxing.

Every Instructor has police clearance, first aid certificate, and full insurance cover and accredited to Black Belt Schools International.
All our classes are conducted on safety surfaces using padded equipment. All our instructors receive ongoing monthly training from external sources ensuring that we know the very latest teaching techniques, safety rules and posses 1st rate leadership qualities.
